Native Spanish Speaker with 7+ years of teaching experience
About
Hi there! My name is Angela. I was born and raised in Spain, so Spanish is my native language. I currently live in the U.S., where I work as a teacher. My academic and professional journey has always been rooted in education. I hold a degree in Elementary with endorsment in Special Education, as well as Master's degrees in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Teaching Spanish as a Foreign Language (ELE). I’m truly passionate about teaching and helping students build confidence in their communication skills. Outside of teaching, I love working on DIY home improvement and decor projects, arts and crafts, and cooking traditional Spanish dishes for my family. I’m excited to be here and look forward to helping you reach your Spanish learning goals!
Teaching Style
Learning a language can feel intimidating, but taking the step to book a class is the first step, and I’m so glad you’re here! With my background in special education and behavior analysis, I focus on creating a supportive, non-judgmental environment where learning is engaging and fun. Making mistakes is a completely normal, and essential, part of the process, so we’ll focus on practical, conversational learning at your own pace, helping you break down concepts into simple steps and build real confidence in your Spanish.
