Andrew Belzer
Certified educator with 10+ years of experience teaching Spanish.
About
I’m a certified educator with more than 10 years of experience teaching middle and high school students in the U.S. and internationally. My background includes Spanish, humanities, social studies, literacy, and reading intervention, as well as curriculum development. I hold a master’s degree in Spanish and am currently completing an MBA. I’ve taught students with a wide range of abilities and learning styles, and I focus on making difficult concepts clear, practical, and approachable. Whether a student needs help catching up, preparing for an exam, improving Spanish skills, or getting ahead academically, I tailor instruction to the individual student and build from what they already know. I believe students learn best when they feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes, and actively participating rather than simply listening to a lecture.
Teaching Style
Engaging, student-centered, and practical. I break complex concepts into manageable steps and adapt lessons to each student’s needs, interests, and learning style.
