About

I'm Luisa, a Colombian linguist and philosopher who loves teaching and explore the language and what you can do when you get to master it. I've been a teacher for more than 8 years working with teenagers and adults; in this journey I've lectured Philosophy, Researching methodology, ethics, comprehensive reading and Spanish as a foreign language. I really enjoy to interact with people and I'm convinced that language is an entrance ticket to other worlds, for real: traditions, expressions, ideas, and a lot more. Of course, talking about philosophy and the role of language in our way to understand the world is one of my things.

Teaching Style

My teaching style focuses on practical and active learning, which means you'll be using the language all the time: speaking, listening, writing and reading, while integrating grammar, syntax and vocabulary. I like to keep it real combining day-to-day scenarios, conversations, personal interests and formal structure. We would be talking a lot, reading and writing to assure immersion and making the learning fluent and nice.
